At TenneT, we are building the energy system of tomorrow. As a Communication Advisor, you directly contribute to the success of Offshore Netherlands by connecting people, strategy and communication. Together with your colleagues, you help leaders and employees understand the priorities, challenges and opportunities that drive the energy transition forward.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

• Translate complex business developments, organisational priorities and strategic objectives into compelling communication approaches.
• Ensure that Offshore Netherlands communication is aligned with TenneT-wide strategy, key narratives and corporate communication guidelines.
• Support large-scale change initiatives and transformation programmes with effective communication strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and communication professionals across TenneT.
• Develop communication concepts, campaigns and communication solutions across a variety of channels and formats.

Wat Wij Vragen

• A Master’s degree in Communication or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic and/or internal communication.
• Experience within the energy, infrastructure, construction or a comparable technical environment.
• Proven experience advising senior management or executive leadership.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
