Wat ga je doen?

• Translate business, user or organisational needs into practical AI solutions with a clear technical design, expected value and success criteria.
• Design, develop and maintain AI applications, APIs, services and reusable components using Python, cloud services and relevant AI techniques.
• Work on generative AI, LLM-based, RAG, document intelligence, agentic or decision-support solutions.
• Bring AI solutions from prototype to production-ready setups by applying CI/CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, logging, documentation and secure development practices.
• Contribute to reusable standards, templates, components or platform capabilities that help teams apply AI more effectively and consistently.

Wat vragen wij?

• A completed master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or another quantitative discipline.
• 3 or more years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering, ML engineering or a closely related role.
• Familiarity with version control, cloud tooling, CI/CD, automated testing, release pipelines or software engineering principles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts, choices and limitations clearly to both technical colleagues and business stakeholders.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salary between €5,933 and €7,910, based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 13th month and holiday allowance paid with your monthly salary.
• 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and three Diversity Days.

Vereisten

• Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or quantitative discipline

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering or ML engineering

• Experience with version control, cloud tooling, CI/CD and automated testing

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
