De Faculteit EEMCS

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science brings together three scientific disciplines that reinforce each other and drive modern technology. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• (Co-)teaching high-quality instructions in both the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) BSc program and the Health and Technology BSc Program

• Preparing and delivering lectures, designing and/or improving course materials, and organizing practical sessions

• Leading discussions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback

• Engaging in education innovation and collaborating within a team of passionate lecturers

• Recruiting and leading teams of teaching assistants

Vereisten

• Completed a MSc in Computer Science or a related field

• Demonstrated affinity and enthusiasm with first-year topics like algorithms, databases, software engineering, programming, and artificial intelligence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in diverse teams

• Expected to obtain a University Teaching Qualification (UTQ) within three years

• Good command of the English language

• Command of the Dutch language is highly appreciated for the Health and Technology program

• Prior affinity with teaching and/or academia
