Over de functie
Artificial Intelligence is transforming how ING operates, serves customers, and empowers employees. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to lead the engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and scaling Agentic Products across ING. As Tech Lead for Agentic Product Delivery, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams that transform business opportunities into production-ready AI-powered products.

- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Agentic Product Delivery in alignment with business and technology strategy.
- Translate business opportunities into scalable product architectures and delivery plans.
- Drive engineering excellence through modern software engineering, AI engineering, and cloud-native development practices.
- Coach and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Wat vragen wij?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, AI engineering, or technology delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, IT Lead, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering Agentic Products from concept to production.
Define and execute the technical roadmap for Agentic Product Delivery in alignment with business and technology strategy.
Translate business opportunities into scalable product architectures and delivery plans.
Drive engineering excellence through modern software engineering, AI engineering, and cloud-native development practices.
Establish reusable engineering patterns, frameworks, and delivery standards for agentic product development.
Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, compliant, and operationally ready.
Vereisten
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, AI engineering, or technology delivery.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, IT Lead, or equivalent role.
Experience with Google Cloud technologies relevant to AI delivery.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.
