As a Business Data Analyst at the Customer & Digital Data Office, you will play a key role in developing a data-driven culture. Your primary focus will be to enhance the value of customer data across various Business Units, enabling and improving customer engagement throughout the customer life cycle.

• Collect, interpret and analyze information regarding bottlenecks and developments in data processes, tools and systems, chains and channels.
• Promote change management and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Create logical Data models and create the business glossary and data directory.
• Provide advice and insights to internal stakeholders and managers.
• Create, align and monitor customer data policies and standards.

Wat wij vragen

• A relevant academic degree, with a focus on Data Science, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, data management, or data analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Wat we je bieden

• Salary between €4,324 and €5,765 based on a 40-hour work week.
