- Take responsibility for HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance cycles.
- Coach and support chapter members in their personal and professional development.
- Drive performance, growth, and career development of chapter members.
- Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Shape and evolve the chapter vision and way of working within the chapter (craftmanship).
- Contribute as a specialist within a multidisciplinary DevOps team.
Wat vragen wij?
- Experience in a relevant technical or functional domain and working in a DevOps environment.
- Affinity with coaching and the ambition to further develop leadership skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills (minimum of B2 level proficiency in Dutch and willingness to learn).
- Expertise in SQL, Python (pré), Microsoft BI stack (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI), CI-CD, GIT, Azure, and Data warehouse concepts.
