As Senior Product Manager, you will turn customer and market insights into compelling digital investment products, build support for a clear vision, and lead complex initiatives from first concept to successful rollout.
You will join the Digital Investments Product Management team, which is responsible for Self Invest (Brokerage), Easy Invest, and Pension Investing in the Netherlands. Together with colleagues from Digital Sales, Marketing, Risk, and IT, you will create an excellent digital platform experience while safeguarding customer interests, regulatory requirements, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead proposition development and continuous improvement across digital investment products.
- Develop a clear product vision, roadmap, and value story, securing commitment from senior stakeholders.
- Turn market, customer, and performance data into evidence-based priorities.
- Define customer journeys and business requirements in close collaboration with engineers and UX specialists.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead complex, long-term product programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proposition development and lifecycle management skills.
- Experience bridging business and technology with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement supported by robust business cases.
