As Senior Product Manager at ING, you will turn customer and market insights into compelling products, build support for a clear vision, and lead complex initiatives from first concept to successful rollout. Responsibilities
- Lead proposition development and continuous improvement across our digital investment products.
- Develop a clear product vision, roadmap, and value story, securing commitment from teams and senior stakeholders.
- Turn market, customer, and performance data into evidence-based priorities, requirements, and business cases.
- Define customer journeys and business requirements in close collaboration with UX specialists and engineers.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead complex, long-term product programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proposition development and lifecycle management skills.
- Customer experience expertise with the ability to translate research into digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
