Over de functie
Als Agentic Automation & AI Consultant in het Intelligent Automation team ben je de brug tussen de behoeften van de business en de levering van agentic automation en GenAI. Je identificeert kansen binnen het ING Finance-domein op basis van strategische prioriteiten, evalueert geschikte oplossingen en vertaalt processen naar schaalbare oplossingen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the orchestration of AI implementation and enablement in Finance domain.
- Intake & Evaluation: Lead unified intake and prioritizing of requests and backlog.
- Process Analysis: Identify potential based on Finance Strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with end users, COOF MT, architects, and local CFOs.
- Delivery Oversight: Coordinate within the Intelligent Automation delivery team.
- Governance & Ownership: Evaluate governance and drive assessments.
- Fit-for-purpose solution design: Translate business processes into automation flows.
Eisen & Profiel
- Proven experience in Agentic Automation & AI enablement consultancy.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms & tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot).
- Familiarity with Finance processes and data‑driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional squads.

Translate business processes into agentic automation & AI enablement flows
Vereisten
Proven experience in Agentic Automation & AI enablement consultancy, business analysis and automation
Strong understanding of AI platforms & tools
Familiarity with Finance processes and data-driven environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional squads
