Eneco's B2B business draait op platforms die orderlevering en facturering op enterprise-schaal afhandelen. Deze bedrijfskritische systemen ondergaan momenteel een grote transformatie als onderdeel van Revolution, het grootschalige IT-moderniseringsprogramma van Eneco. Als Delivery Lead combineer je het waarborgen van de dagelijkse operatie met het aansturen van de vernieuwing van morgen.

Je geeft leiding aan een gedreven intern team van professionals en stuurt externe leveranciers aan op contract, budget en SLA. Je fungeert als de cruciale brug tussen complexe technische realiteit en de behoeften van de business.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team in the delivery of change and ongoing maintenance for business-critical platforms and solutions

• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately 8 FTE - Engineers (Microsoft Dynamics, Data, Test Automation), Solution Consultants, and Functional Maintenance specialists, complemented by external staff

• Build a motivated, high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

• Set clear standards and expectations, support individual development, and create an environment where people grow

• Collaborate with a broad set of internal business stakeholders across B2B to understand, prioritise, and translate requirements into clear roadmaps and actionable backlogs

• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap, standards, and best practices for the Delivery and Billing platforms in line with Enterprise Architecture

• Act as the bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders - translating complexity into clarity in both directions

• Work closely with the Revolution programme team on transformation workstreams affecting the Delivery and Billing domain

• Own the delivery of change and the ongoing stability, reliability, and performance of the Delivery and Billing platforms

• Drive both innovation and operational efficiency - balancing transformation ambitions with the realities of running live, business-critical systems

• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Manage a set of external suppliers and partners against contract, budget, and SLA targets

• Hold third-party delivery teams accountable for quality, timeliness, and performance standards

• Govern supplier relationships in a way that protects Eneco's interests while maintaining effective working partnerships

Vereisten

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol

• Diepgaande kennis van Microsoft Dynamics en enterprise platforms

• Ervaring met teamleiderschap en het aansturen van professionals

• Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholder- en leveranciersmanagement
