At ING, sustainability is a strategic priority and an integral part of our purpose. Technology plays a critical role in helping ING reduce its environmental impact and accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future. To accelerate and coordinate these efforts, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Lead Global Green Tech.

In this highly visible role, you will lead the Green Tech agenda across ING's global technology organisation. You will bring together people, initiatives and capabilities to turn ambition into measurable impact.

Wat ga je doen?

• Own and prioritise the Green Tech portfolio and roadmap, balancing stakeholder demand, business value, regulatory requirements and implementation capacity.
• Develop the strategy and drive delivery of sustainability initiatives across the technology organisation.
• Use environmental, operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk and Support Functions.
• Drive adoption of Green Tech capabilities by translating sustainability ambitions into scalable products, services and standards.

Wat breng je mee?

• At least 10 years of experience leading complex change initiatives in a large organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainability, ESG, technology transformation or organisational change programmes.
• Master’s degree in technology, engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of sustainability challenges, ESG developments and modern technology landscapes.

• A competitive salary between €7.761 and €12.343 per month.

Vereisten

• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry

• Proven track record of delivering sustainability, ESG or technology transformation programmes

• Master’s degree in technology, engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline
